Welcome to this little corner of the internet. Where I try to represent the Massage Therapy practice I run in the fabulous community of Montpelier.

I began my education in 2004. Spending over two years studying the body and  different modalities of massage therapy to help it find greater harmony. I graduated with an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences and Bodywork, also passing the MblEx (Exam to hold National Certification in Massage and Bodywork).  I was fortunate to work with a Chiropractor for the first decade of my career. Since then I have also run my own small practice.

Continuing my education all along the way. I have studied Myofascial Release, Cupping, and Lomi Lomi to name a few. Taking tools from many teachers and modalities and applying them when appropriate for my clients. I have a patient and thorough approach to accessing the layers of soft tissue. Aiming to help my clients unravel and come into alignment with what their body is communicating with them.
